Child's Dress and Jumper:  Dress with long set-in sleeves and bibbed jumper worn over dress. Dress or jumper have center back zippers and three section gathered skirts. Dress has skirt sewn to dart fitted bodice at waistline and sleeves gathered into buttoned bands. Faced, two-piece collar is included in the neck facing seam. Dress is worn with self fabric tie belt and lover edge is rick rack trimmed. Trimming and tie belt are omitted when dress is worn under jumper. Jumper has skirt included with faced front bib in waistband seam. Shoulder straps, included in waistband seam in back, are crossed and buttoned to front bib. Lower edge of skirt and interfaced waistband may be trimmed with rick rack.
