Misses' Blouse: The blouse has high round neckline, front button closing, set in sleeves and lace edging trim. V. 1 and 2 have buttoned stand up collar. V. 1, 3 and 4 have long sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V. 2 has short puff sleeves gathered to sleeve bands. V. 3 is collarless. V. 4 has shaped, tie collar.

This vintage pattern does not have a factory envelope. It is an uncut, factory folded pattern with instructions.

All of my patterns come inside a plastic bag with a piece of white cardboard. When available, I've include a picture of the front and back of the pattern envelope.
